Sit in a comfortable posture either on the floor or on a chair.

Gently close your eyes.

With every breathe In, mentally say “I am not this body”

With every breathe out, mentally say “I am not this mind”

Continue to do this 12 times. This is the key and you should remember the counting.

If your mind gets drifted and you forget the counting, don’t worry about it, become aware of it and start the counting from 1.
